Context Note: Home chargers like Ohme connect to an EV's battery status over cloud APIs. Because BYD currently restricts third-party API access for vehicle telematics in European/UK markets, Ohme cannot automatically pull the battery percentage upon plugging in. This request asks BYD to collaborate with charger manufacturers to enable native telemetry access.
